Mrs. Rita Rego is a social entrepreneur and changemaker with 24+ years of experience across the Middle East, Goa, and Mumbai. She leads impactful ventures like Aesthesis Foundation and Speshally, focused on empowering persons with disabilities through inclusive, sustainable solutions. As Co-Founder of Aesthesis, she has driven skill-building initiatives for the visually impaired. Her efforts have earned her accolades such as the Rex Karmaveer Chakra, Alpha Awards, and Indian Achievers Award. Through Speshally, she continues to champion purpose-led business that blends inclusion, tradition, and thoughtful living.

Rolif is a business leader with 14 years of global experience in supply chain and operations at Reckitt and Sanofi. Previously Head of Supply Chain for a $6B region, he led a team of 200. Rolif now aims to apply his expertise to make Speshally NHS a sustainable social enterprise. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, he enjoys soccer, reading, and ambidextrous practice.
